While Working For Eyeball, Roy Oppenheim,
complimented Comedy Central current brand identity by creating distinctive
3D environments for each of the 15 IDs.
We tried to have as much fun as possible with the design of each ID, whether
it was in the style itself or the simple narrative we were trying to tell.
Working with 3D gave us an opportunity to put the viewer inside all of
the action that was going on. We wanted to achieve a feeling of complete
immersion.
The IDs take Comedy Central’s logo on a journey turning them into everything
from a snowball mowing down snowmen and trees; to a pulsating speaker
and disco ball; to a line of turkeys hopping their way through a rotating
saw blade - all set to soundtracks crafted by Expansion Team’s roster
of artists and musicians.
In total, EyeballNYC and Expansion Team created 15 IDs
