MTV hits, Launched in the US in the summer
of 2002 as a top of the charts, all music channel, was the first collaboration
between Roy Op-penheim while at EyeballNYC and Assaf Cohen while at MTV
On-Air Design.
Together we created six animated ID’s that incorporate a range of fun
scenarios spiced with energetic pop music. From teens hanging out at the
arcades to a girl playing guitar in her room, the spots take viewers on
a fast-paced ride to where the cool kids reside, bringing them straight
to the action, MTV-style.
The IDs move fast, sway to the hip side and emphasize MTV's fierce role
in popular culture.
The spots end with the MTV logo revealed through the dots pattern.
